Coordinator of Mentorship Programs

The Coordinator of Mentorship Programs will play a key role in building the systems needed to launch and maintain a mentorship program at Touro University. The Coordinator will spearhead the vision setting process for establishing what it means to be a mentor at Touro University and determine the systems for recruitment, selection, and support of mentors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's or doctoral degree preferred
• At least five years of prior relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven expertise in developing and leveraging relationships with varied stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
