Job Description
This role involves leading requirements elicitation with stakeholders, translating business needs into clear specifications, and optimizing processes using BPMN. The candidate will join collaborative squads valuing clear thinking, practical delivery, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires availability across December and January, with a project shutdown from December 25th to January 1st.
Requirements
- Salesforce knowledge preferred (Experience Cloud exposure)
- Strong business process modelling with BPMN
- Proven delivery of user stories and traceability
- Hands-on experience with requirements management tools (Azure DevOps)
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication
