Part-Time Leasing Professional

Towne Properties is a family-owned company that creates Great Places to Live, Work, Shop & Play. We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused leasing professional to join our team. As a leasing professional, you'll play a key role in driving leasing success and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing within multifamily housing or relevant sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently
• Experience with property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process
• Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis
• Tax credit experience preferred
• Familiarity with managing and maintaining social media platforms
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with reliable vehicle and auto-insurance
• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check if offered a position
