Job Description
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating Mortgage loans, providing service to applicants, and maintaining existing and generating new sources of referral business. You will also be required to work closely with the Broker/Sales Manager and participate in community outreach functions.
Requirements
- Active NMLS#
- At least 1-year experience originating VA, FHA, Conventional and VHDA loans
- Proven sales record based on closed loan production
- Sources of referral business for purchase transactions
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Awareness of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA and VHDA underwriting guidelines
- High degree of personal integrity
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
