Requirements

• Originating Mortgage loans in compliance with company and regulatory policy
• Interviewing, pre-qualifying, and pre-approving applicants and prospective customers seeking home loan
• Completing application and gathering supporting documentation
• Maintaining existing and generating new sources of referral business
• Communicating with customers, both internal and external, regarding the status of the loan
