Job Description
Townsquare is seeking a highly motivated Director of Sales to lead a sales team and drive revenue growth in the local media landscape. This is a management position with a focus on building a successful media company, leveraging marketing solutions for growth and new business. The role involves overseeing daily operations, developing a sales strategy, and managing A-player performance.
Requirements
- Manage daily operations of local radio, live event and digital sales departments.
- Lead sales team to exceed revenue targets.
- Retain and support A players.
- Recruit and train new and current Sales personnel.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Drive key account growth through selling results based programs.
