Job Description
Toyon Research Corporation is seeking an experienced Director of Contracts to lead the contracts administration team. The role involves managing contracts from proposal to closeout, ensuring compliance with contracts, and aligning company activities with corporate policies and regulations. This position requires strong leadership, negotiation, and risk management skills within the defense sector.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in contracts administration or management within the defense industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contracts management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proven experience leading contract negotiations, administration, and compliance for government contracts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
