Job Description
Toyota Connected Labs is seeking a DevOps Engineer to create, maintain, and improve cloud operations for their microservice-based platforms. This role involves independent script writing, automation, troubleshooting, CI/CD leadership, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment and value code quality and automation in a hybrid work setting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience as a DevOps Engineer or Software Engineer
- Expertise in Terraform to create, modify, and manage infrastructure configurations or IaC templates
- Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker & Kubernetes)
- Advanced proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS)
- Proficiency in cloud architecture and design patterns
- Scripting language proficiency (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Version control systems (e.g., Git)
- InfoSec and cloud networking knowledge
- Monitoring and analytics platforms
- Troubleshooting, critical thinking, and decision making
