Operations Associate

The Operations Associate role is a hybrid position that requires flexibility and the ability to learn a broad variety of tasks in the Operations Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative and contact centre work, with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to perform high volume tasks at speed with minimal errors.

Requirements

• Experience of both administrative and contact centre work
• Ability to quickly switch between tasks where required, but also to engage with one task over a longer period if this is necessary
• Attention to detail and ability to perform high volume tasks at speed with minimal errors once trained
