Toyota Motor Europe seeks a Graduate CAD Data Specialist to manage engineering data, CAD/DMU processes and release milestones in vehicle development projects. The role supports R&D digital transformation through standardization, process improvement, supplier collaboration and cross-functional coordination, ensuring accurate, timely engineering data delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum Master's degree in Engineering
- Fluent in English (business language)
- Critical thinking, strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues with the ability to quickly absorb information

- First class written and verbal communication; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.
- Knowledge on product development and complex product design structure/configuration
- CAD: CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE or other CAD Data software
- Project Management: managing projects: global stakeholders, complex product (automotive, aerospace, technology), large organizations and challenging budget, quality and timing constraints.
- Experience with PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps.
