Test Embedded Engineer (mid-level VSE)

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Test Engineer with extensive experience in Linux-based embedded systems. The role involves defining testing strategies, driving quality initiatives, and mentoring junior resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high product quality and reliability through comprehensive testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in testing embedded systems
• Deep expertise in embedded programming languages (e.g., C, C++) and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Gtest, Pytest)
• Experience working on Linux environment and using Linux tools
• Exposure to CI/ CD processes and tools
• Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSCP, SANS/GIAC, CISSP, or other related/equivalent certifications
• Experience with compliance regulations/laws
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
