TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer Backend Manager to lead a team and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of backend services. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate services and support business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. Candidates should have strong technical background in cloud computing and experience mentoring engineers.
Requirements
- Lead and manage a team of backend engineers.
- Own the backend architecture for scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, frontend, mobile, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Drive design and implementation of microservices, APIs, and backend components.
- Establish engineering best practices including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure strong observability, monitoring, and reliability of backend systems.
- Act as a technical point of escalation and mentor team members.
