Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Industrial Designer to bring bold ideas and refined execution to the next generation of TP-Link products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Design or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience designing and launching consumer products.
- Experience in consumer electronics, smart home, or technology-driven product design preferred.
- Strong foundation in user-centered design and manufacturing methods.
- Expert-level skills in 3D CAD (Rhino, SolidWorks) and rendering (KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Confident hands-on prototyping and model-making abilities.
- Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional form development, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Passion for creating beautiful, meaningful products that make technology feel natural.
- Collaborative energy — open-minded, curious, and eager to learn.
- Ability to take feedback gracefully and turn insight into stronger ideas.
