Staff Cloud Software Engineer, Backend - Enterprise

TP-Link Systems Inc. is a global provider of networking devices and smart home products seeking a Staff Cloud Software Engineer, Backend to architect and lead the development of highly scalable and reliable backend services using advanced cloud-native technologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in cloud backend software development with proven leadership in managing substantial projects
• Expertise in backend programming languages such as Java, and frameworks like SpringBoot
• Deep understanding of JVM, multithreading programming, and performance optimization
• Extensive experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) and cloud-based databases (e.g., MongoDB, SQL databases)
• Proficiency in distributed systems, including middleware such as message queues
• Advanced knowledge in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern backend technologies
• Demonstrated capability in security best practices for cloud environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
