Job Description
Tr1X is seeking a Vice President, Head of Clinical Operations to serve as a core member of the Management Leadership Team. The VPCO will lead the clinical operations function, ensuring strategic direction, operational excellence, and compliance across all clinical programs. This role requires expertise in clinical trials, vendor management, budgeting, and regulatory adherence, with a focus on patient safety and program scalability.
Requirements
- Define and lead the clinical operations strategy.
- Oversee the design and execution of clinical trials.
- Evaluate organizational capabilities and implement process improvements.
- Lead and manage CROs and clinical site partnerships.
- Build and maintain a high-performing clinical operations team.
- Develop and oversee the Clinical Operations budget.
