Project Engineer (w/m/x) in Processing Technology & Plant Construction

We are looking for a visionary Project Engineer to accelerate our journey from pilot to prominence, scaling our technology from a nimble pilot setup to a full-scale industrial facility. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating innovative solutions that position traceless as the unequivocal leader in compostable biomaterials.

Requirements

• Design and refine main process steps, transitioning from pilot to industrial scale.
• Support HAZOP studies and evaluate safety measures, especially in regards to explosion prevention.
• Develop comprehensive process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and layout plans that set the foundation for scalable operations.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of process designs, focusing on minimizing resource and energy consumption.
• Provide accurate estimates and manage investment costs for critical plant components.
• Aid in the installation of production plants and train staff to ensure smooth operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate in planning, designing, and implementing the construction of traceless’s first industrial plant.
