We are seeking an Operations/Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily physical operations of assigned properties, conduct regular inspections, and ensure all locations are consistently clean, safe, secure, and meet company quality standards. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in engineering or facilities management for commercial buildings.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in engineering or facilities management for commercial buildings.
- Education: Associate's degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and significant field experience.
- Communication & Reasoning: Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex bid documents.
- Problem Solving: Advanced reasoning skills with the ability to solve complex problems and provide analysis-driven recommendations.
- Systems & Software: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Box.
- Flexibility: Must be available to respond to tenant requests and property emergencies during nights and weekends as needed.
