Job Description
Tradewind Aviation is seeking a part-time seasonal Passenger Service Representative to join their Customer Service team in San Juan, PR. The role involves delivering personalized, memorable experiences to VIP clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a safe and seamless airport experience. This is a fixed-period, rotating seasonal position expected to run from November 2025 through May 2026.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong work ethics, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule.
- Valid in-state driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background investigation.
- U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
