We need a passionate, experienced Partnerships Manager based in Sydney to develop, manage and expand a robust partner network that accelerates revenue growth and broadens the company’s market presence.
Requirements
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute the overall partnership strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and growth objectives.
- Partner referral program: Own the Tradify referral partner program to ensure it is fit for purpose and incentivises partners to refer.
- Partner Recruitment: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new referrers, technology, reseller, industry and channel partners to extend the company’s reach and capabilities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners.
- Go-to-Market Collaborations: Collaborate with marketing and partners to create joint go-to-market strategies, including co-marketing initiatives, product integrations, and bundled offerings.
- Revenue Growth: Drive measurable revenue growth through partnerships, developing incentive programs and offers creating mutual value propositions that drive channel growth.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with internal teams—Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to align partnership efforts with company objectives and ensure successful execution of joint initiatives.
- Partner Enablement: Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully sell Tradify.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the success and ROI of partnerships.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the SaaS ecosystem.
