Hoofd Technische Dienst

The Head of Technical Service is responsible for directing the Technical Service department and ensuring correct and preventive maintenance of the entire technical installation. The role involves leading a team, managing the maintenance program, and contributing to investment projects.

Requirements

• A minimum of HBO bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, installation technology, maintenance, and service.
• Knowledge of control technology in process installations.
• Relevant experience in the process industry, with a preference for experience in the food industry.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a small technical team.
• Knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) are a plus.
• Excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and preferably English.
