Job Description
We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help us grow and improve our company culture. The successful candidate will have a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in human resources management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in human resources management in a high-performance environment
- Good knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a dynamic setting
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills
- Excellent writing skills and fluency in English
