Principal Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Principal Backend Engineer to lead the technical development of an entire business domain, engage in forming requirements, design the architecture, and lead the entire software development life cycle. Our client base has grown 20 times to over 3 million, and client assets have grown over 50 times to over €4 billion.

Requirements

• Experience in leading the development and subsequent release of a complex/high-demand client-facing product
• Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers towards delivering high-quality software together with them
• Experience with developing services in a microservice architecture
