Job Description

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience recruiting in Germany, ideally in tech or fintech
- Strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset
- Passion for sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Fluency in English (German is a strong plus)
