Job Description
TradingHub is a finance-focused big data firm seeking a Professional Services Manager to join their Toronto team. The role involves customer demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for financial institutions, building deep financial markets expertise and a detailed understanding of TradingHub’s model-based approach to market abuse surveillance. This is a hybrid position focused on cross-asset structuring and fixed income trading.
Requirements
- Significant industry experience in financial markets
- Knowledge of the fixed-income asset class (derivatives)
- Understanding of risk sensitivities (Delta, Gamma, DV01 etc.)
- Hands-on skills in a programming/scripting language (SQL, Python, C#)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing needs
- Excellent written and oral communication
