Job Description
The Traegerhood is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Director to lead all corporate, domestic, and international tax functions. The role involves ensuring full compliance with applicable tax laws, managing filings, and developing tax optimization strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a deep technical understanding of tax regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification
- 8+ years of progressive tax experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international taxation
- Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and SOX 404 compliance
- Experience working with international entities
