Job Description
Traeger is seeking a Director, Retail Marketing to develop and execute a long-range retail channel growth strategy across the US and Canada. The ideal candidate has deep retail experience, a track record of building and scaling retail partnerships, and a passion for delivering omnichannel brand experiences.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in retail, channel marketing, CPG with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong background in driving success with existing partners, managing launches and optimizing investments for growth
- Expertise in owning/managing a marketing budget, partner negotiations and optimizing spends for measurable impact, specifically retail media networks
- Experience leading fixture/display programs for retailers
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, especially in retail leadership, with strong strategic thinking and analytical acumen
- Excellent relationship management, communication skills and building tools to support retail performance narratives
