ERP Administrator

Join our team of trailblazers and work as an ERP Administrator to manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and ensure the system's smooth operation, maintenance, and security. This role requires a blend of technical skills and business process understanding to tailor the system to meet Trail's unique needs.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with enterprise ERP and/or CRM systems, ideally, Microsoft Dynamics D365.
• Superior analytical skills to understand and document business workflows that support smooth ERP system performance and operations.
• Advanced communication skills to work with cross-functional teams to understand needs, priorities, challenges, and aspirations.
• Working knowledge of enterprise-level applications, databases, networks, and patch management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge and understanding of best practices in IT security to ensure sensitive data within the ERP system is protected.
• Customer service skills to support end-users, resolve issues, and answer questions in a timely and professional manner.
