Freelance Jr. Producer

Dark Burn Creative, a division of Trailer Park Group, is seeking a Freelance Jr. Producer to join their Game Capture team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the gaming industry, proven skills in post-production pipelines, and experience working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., game design, multimedia production, or communications) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in post-production preferably in game capture and/or video production in high-performing and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience producing trailers is huge plus. Gameplay trailers preferred
• Experience managing teams and using project management tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Team, Slack, Airtable
• Strong passion for video games and a good understanding of gaming culture
• Video editing skills (knowledge of software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc. is a plus)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experienced in managing creatives and artists to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges
• Willingness and flexibility to work long hours with short notice
