Directs and provides leadership in the design, pricing, and implementation of insurance products. Oversees a small team within actuarial modeling, risk management, valuation or other actuarial department.
Requirements
- Understand non-routine transactions related to UL: ULSG, COI Rate Increases, policyholder behavior and mortality trends.
- Reinsurance – Mortality (3rd Party YRT and Coinsurance) and Financial (Captives), IFRS RLRC.
- Support capital initiatives such as purchases of STOLI policies (ReSTOLI).
- Adapt model functionality and output to answer a changing landscapes of questions and concerns.
