Develop and implement strategies to assist in recovering outstanding debts, improve collection rates, and minimize financial risk across World Financial Group’s active and terminated agent force.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in debt collections, financial risk management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
