Job Description
The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in directing the passenger transit operations, focusing on day-to-day operations, customer service, financial management, and staffing responsibilities. This contract, facility, and safety position is based in Antioch, CA, and requires strong leadership skills and knowledge of related labor laws.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5+7 years of supervisory or management experience in the passenger transportation industry
- Knowledge of relevant federal and state employment laws
- Thorough knowledge of transit system operational methods
- Ability to manage cost control and financial/budget experience
- Willingness to undergo DOT drug testing and physical inspection (if applicable)
