Job Description
Transdev is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with trip planning, ride scheduling, and resolving issues. The role involves providing information, handling requests, and adhering to company policies, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Bilingual Spanish (English) is required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Understand Marin Access Transportation programs
- Understand ADA requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
