Dispatcher

Transdev is hiring a Dispatcher in Olathe, KS. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Availability to work one of the following shifts: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Prior experience in dispatching, particularly in transportation, transit, or logistics environments preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
