Job Description
Transdev is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation of the client’s autonomous driving testing and development efforts. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and disciplinary action for operations supervisors, ensuring compliance with processes and system emergency responses. Requirements
- Supervise the daily operation of the Operations Supervisor (OS) to ensure efficient operation of the shift.
- Drive special projects and programs completion assigned by the Senior Operations Manager (SOM).
- Participate in Lean/Kaizen, and other Operational Excellence initiatives.
