Job Description
Transdev is seeking a Safety Trainer to ensure new operator training in safe vehicle and equipment handling. The role involves supervising operators, monitoring progress, performing equipment familiarization, and assisting with investigations. The company is a global leader in mobility, powered by over 17,000 vehicles and 32,000 employees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years’ transportation or logistics experience.
- 2-4 years previous supervisory experience.
- Valid CDL class B with passenger and airbrake endorsements.
- Must be able to demonstrate poise, tact, diplomacy and possesses good judgment and discretion.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
