Accounts Receivable

This is a full-time position for a self-motivated individual interested in finance and credit control. The role involves managing overdue invoices, resolving customer queries, and assisting the Credit Control Manager. The role offers training and mentorship for those new to credit control/finance, and is suitable for those looking for initial experience within the finance function.

Requirements

• Collect due and overdue debts
• Contact individuals or business customers regarding overdue invoices
• Process payments and update the bespoke system accurately
• Identify potential bad debts and escalate them to the Credit Control manager
• Process and generate reminder letters and statements
• Deal with customer queries effectively
• Provide timely and accurate reports
• General administration within the finance department
• Strong IT skills
