Proposal Writer

Translation Empire PK is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to research, draft, and submit high-quality business proposals. The role requires excellent communication skills, understanding of business writing, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Experience with government and technical proposals is highly desirable.

Requirements

• Must have a degree in English language & Literarure.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in business proposal writing or bidding.
• 2-5 years of experience with government proposals and/or technical proposals is a plus.
• Prior experience bidding on platforms like Upwork is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong research abilities and understanding of RFP sourcing and evaluation.
• Familiarity with freelance marketplaces and bidding strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
