Training & Development Officer

Translation Empire PK is hiring a Training & Development Officer to support and enhance learning culture. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge, as well as onboarding, tracking participation, and creating training content. It is a mid-level role requiring some prior experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a training or development role.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS or e-learning platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detail.
