Analyst, Consumer Quality Support

We're looking for an Analyst, Consumer Quality Support to join our team, who will be responsible for quality analysis, dispute management, and supporting TUPH in achieving its yearly target revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in financial or IT related fields
• Expert level in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and complicated Excel functions
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and automation/database tools
• 1-2 years experience in technical support, investigation, and report generation
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Inter-personal skills with ability to bridge business and technical environments
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with at least 40% in-office time
• Ability to work with multiple teams, including Operations
