Job Description
The Fleet Manager is responsible for all aspects of vehicle maintenance, safety and compliance in accordance with TransWest, State Agencies and the Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Ensures consistent coverage of service needs across all client locations and transportation service networks. Works with leadership to understand current and upcoming vehicle needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of maintenance experience working with a variety of vehicles
- 2+ years of supervisor or manager experience in a maintenance shop or as a Fleet Manager
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- CDL Class A, B or C License
- Passenger Endorsement or able to obtain within 90 days of start date
- Current/Active DOT Medical Card
- Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test
