Field Sales II (Refrigeration)

We are seeking a Sales Hunter for the Refrigeration market. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline and at least 3 years of experience working within or selling products to Refrigerations markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar Engineering discipline
• Min of 3 years of experience either working within or selling products to Refrigerations markets
• Proficient with CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Travel up to 50%
• Accredited university degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales to refrigeration markets; heat exchanger experience a plus.
• Proven track record managing a sales territory with $2M+ annual revenue
• Experience in lean and/or six sigma environments preferred
• Strong communication, prospecting, and business development skills
