As an In House Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for in-person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts, scheduling guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.
Requirements
- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
- Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
- Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
- Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
- Maintain minimum performance goals (80% time)
- Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and keep current on marketing information and materials
- Work weekends and holidays, daytime and nighttime
