Lead Traveloka marketing process improvement through product development, create product strategy & roadmap, and work closely with various teams to implement new features and enhancements.
Requirements
- Preferably from technical / engineering background
- At least seven years of experience from a reputable company
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing channels, strategies, and performance monitoring
- Has experience with advertising networks (i.e, Facebook, TikTok, Google)
- Ability to manage and work with internal and external international stakeholders
- Understanding of marketing technology landscape and trends
- Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing marketing analytics tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and performing numerical analysis
- Team player with solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing industry
- Strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence in a multicultural setting
