Job Description
Deliver human-centered design solutions as a UI/UX Design Lead, leading design teams to create product design development and features that meet users' needs. Oversee the development of design projects, maintain design quality, and provide technical expertise.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of work experience in design domain
- 2 years of project management or leadership experience
- Minimum 4 years as a hands-on Designer
- Portfolio that showcases design craft
- Ability to form consensus and communicate effectively
- Fluency in English communications
