Job Description
The Tower Foreman position is a supervisory role for managing field service crews and reports to the field Superintendent. The role involves ensuring safety, providing high-quality field work, and supervising up to 1-25 craftspeople.
Requirements
- Minimum experience: Mid-level
- Must have experience in field related activities related to your craft
- Must be able to read all types of drawings
- Must be able to install all types of trays, packing and tower internals
- Must be able to lay-out new tray support rings, bolting bars and nozzles
- Must be able to retrofit / modify existing column for new internals
- Familiar with company hiring procedures
