Business Unit Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Unit Manager to join our corporate team. The Business Unit Manager will lead the planning and execution of volume and profit driving initiatives for the dynamic Pickles category.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product/category management experience in a consumer-packaged goods food environment
• Exposure to and understanding of multiple business disciplines (Purchasing, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, R&D, etc.) in previous positions preferred
• Strong project management and communication skills to lead and influence cross-functional project teams
• Demonstrated understanding of business fundamentals including P&L management, pricing, and trade strategy
• Expert in Excel (pivot table, vlookup, equations, formatting), Powerpoint presentation building, Circana IRI data system. Fluency in SAP is a plus.
