Candy Packer

The Candy Packer role at the Womelsdorf location provides support to the production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant. You'll perform various functions including running food manufacturing processing equipment, performing facility/work area housekeeping duties, following work instructions and processes, and recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus!
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.
