Mixer

We are looking for a Mixer to join our team in Carrollton, TX. As a Mixer, you will be responsible for operating the mixer(s) to provide properly mixed dough to the production line. You will add value to this role by performing various functions including accurate scaling of ingredients, loading ingredients into the mixer, and monitoring and adjusting the extruder to maintain the correct properties.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to read and understand mixing formulas and procedures
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
