Business Operations Manager

The Business Operations Manager will support and lead operational work and mission-critical projects, evolving responsibilities may include core operational infrastructure, project management, insurance policies, vendor relationships, accounting coordination, and systems design.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in an early-stage start up environment or business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, legal operations
• Strong analytical and modeling skills (Google Sheets / Excel required)
• Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional workstreams
• Sound operational judgment, particularly in regulated or high-compliance environments
• Clear, structured communicator comfortable working directly with senior leadership
