Job Description

The Kettle Operator will be responsible for processing sealants and roofing products by carefully following process orders and maintaining a safe and quality-controlled production environment. The role involves testing product quality, adjusting equipment, and adhering to standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Control or operate chemical processes or systems using control boards, HMI computers, or semi-automatic equipment.
- Draw samples of products and conduct quality control tests.
- Accurately record production and downtime.
- Basic Computer Skills (Windows Familiarity)
- Lean and VFM skills
